2010 Registration Information Churchill American Registration
========================================================= For RETURNING players (i.e. any child who played in the league last year) 1. Please attend one of our hassle-free registration sessions to quickly verify the information we have on record for your player and to make payment. -or- 2. Simply mail us a check if nothing has changed since last year (i.e. address, phone, email ...) Please send your check to: Churchill American LL c/o Fred Richards 34 Maple Road Melrose, MA 02176 Note: Checks should be made payable to: Churchill American Little League Note: Please note the name of the child or children you are paying for on the check itself as a note or on a separate slip of paper included with the payment. ========================================================= For NEW players there are three basic ways to register: 1. ========================================================= IMPORTANT: Please Note: Melrose has two separate Little Leagues. Which league your child plays in is determined by where in Melrose you live. If you live on one of the streets listed within the link below then you should register your child with the Churchill American Little League. Churchill American League Street Listing If your street does NOT appear in the list of streets above, your child would play in the Melrose National Little League. Information on the Melrose National Little League can be found here: http://www.melrosenational.org ========================================================= IMPORTANT INFORMATION RELATING TO ONLINE REGISTRATION Online registration has a number of benefits: -It’s easy to use and can be done any time (within the registration period). -In addition to being able to pay by check, you now have the option of making an instant payment by Credit Card or PayPal if you choose. -Once you have completed an online registration, you will not need to fill this form out again for as long as your child is in the league. Each year at registration time, we will simply email you a link to your registration and ask that you review the information and make payment -You will have the ability to update your personal information anytime it changes. For example, you can update your email address(es), street address or phone number if they should change during the course of the season. -Registering multiple siblings is fast and easy as you are only required to enter gender, firstname, birthdate and shirt size for all addition sibling registrations using the “Register Sibling” option. If any other information on the form differs between siblings, only that information needs to be updated (i.e. last name, address). Information Privacy Personal Information Although we do maintain a copy of the information you provide on the online form, it will never be shared with anyone other than the coaches or volunteers of the league; all of whom are required to have CORI checks performed every year. Credit Card Information We DO NOT store any credit card information. All Credit Card processing is performed by PayPal. Information on PayPal can be found here: www.paypal.com Email Addresses We will NEVER sell or advertise your personal email information.
